Challenge: Contribute to an integrated marketing strategy designed to establish WorkWell as a market leader, reach new audiences and inspire action.
Solution: Use UX best practices, research, design, prototyping and testing to analyze and provide recommendations for the improvement of the WorkWell website that align with business goals.
Result: Optimization of the WorkWell website that included clarifying what their core offerings are, simplified the navigation, reduced scrollable content, streamlined form fills, highlighted peer reviews and partnerships to produce higher conversion and brand recognition. Created a series of digital ads that enhance brand awareness.
